The Windward Islands lie south of St Lucia, north of Grenada.They form the southern-most segment of the 400 mile long chain known as the Lesser Antilles which separates the Caribbean Sea from the Atlantic Ocean and links South America and Trinidad to Florida and North America.

Discovered in 1494 by Christopher Columbus, Martinique is the largest island in The Windwards. It has a distinct Franco Caribbean ambience with an excellent cuisine, designer shopping and friendly people. It’s the perfect island from which to start and finish your charter.
From St. Pierre in the north west visit the famous volcano of Mount Pelle which last erupted in 1902. Fort de France, the island's commercial centre and principal city is well worth a visit, while Anse D'Arlet is a popular, photogenic anchorage. The water surrounding the island is filled with a wonderful diversity of marine life, including coral and has a variety of old shipwrecks for diving enthusiasts to discover.

Rodney Bay, St Lucia Sailing south to St. Lucia, you can stop over in Rodney Bay, situated in a large, protected lagoon.You will be spoilt by the choice of restaurants and shops here, and you will find Reduit Beach, one of the island's most beautiful beaches, just outside the lagoon.
Soufriere, St Lucia On the south west of St Lucia is the rustic town of Soufriere, another haven for bon viveurs and diving enthusiasts.
St.Vincent Capital of The Grenadines, St. Vincent and the nearby islands are a spectacular cruising area offering good winds and brisk, line-of-sight sailing. Bequia An eight mile sail from St. Vincent, Bequia is an old favourite with yachtspeople. Head for Admiralty Bay where you can spend time ashore exploring the shops, bars and many good restaurants along the waterfront or hike inland to other areas of interest. Bequia has some great diving and a sea turtle sanctuary.
Mustique This is one of the most exclusive islands in the world, frequented by royalty and rock stars alike. It is surrounded by coral, sandy beaches and coves. The hot spot of the island, where holidaymakers mingle with the island dwellers, is Basil's Bar on Britannia Bay, the island's main harbour.
