BORDEAUX – CARCASSONNE
4 days, 3 nights
Departure every Monday from March to November.
Monday:
-Greeting at Bordeaux airport/train station followed by guided tour of the old town and gastronomic lunch at “La Tupina”.
-Transfer to Saint-Emilion or Medoc, for wine tasting in a “Château Grand Cru Classé” followed by visit of the village.
-Gastronomic dinner and overnight at the hotel “Hostellerie de Plaisance”or Cordeillan Bages (subject to departure dates).
Tuesday:
-2 ½ hours journey on board the French Rail Cruises train to Sarlat followed by a guided tour of the medieval village.
-Cruise on the Dordogne River aboard a private launch at la Roque-Gageac or visit of Beynac-Cazenac (subject to weather conditions).
-Gastronomic dinner and overnight at the hotel « Le Vieux Logis » in Trémolat.
Wednesday:
-4 ½ hours journey on board the French Rail Cruises train to Cordes-sur-Ciel followed by guided tour of the village.
-Transfer to Albi for guided tour of the Toulouse Lautrec Museum.
-Guided visit of the Sainte Cécile Cathedral followed by private organ concerto.
-Gastronomic dinner and overnight stay at the hotel « La Réserve ».
Thursday:
-2 ½ hours journey on board the French Rail cruises train to Carcassonne followed by a guided tour of the fortress.
-Lunch at the Brasserie of hotel de la Cité.
-Transfer to Toulouse airport/station.

Friday:
-2 ½ hours journey on board the French Rail Cruises train to Cordes-sur-Ciel followed by a guided tour.
